Fulton County, NY – The Sheriff of Fulton County has announced his deputies will not be enforcing Governor Cuomo’s unconstitutional Thanksgiving coronavirus order limiting family gatherings to 10 people or less.

After Governor Cuomo announced last week that residents of New York must limit their Thanksgiving family gatherings to 10 people or less many felt strongly that he was overstepping his boundaries and clearly abusing his power.

Sheriff Richard Giardino, a former D.A. and county judge in New York, announced that his deputies would not be going to homes in Fulton County to ensure residents were not celebrating the holiday.
