Ogden, Utah –  On Monday the Weber County Attorney’s Office released video of an Ogden Police Officer involved shooting that occurred on October 27th.

Police responded to a 911 call from a social worker who said a man was threatening to kill himself and was armed with a shotgun.  The case worker identified the man as 18-year-old Gavin Johansen.

When police arrived, the footage depicts Johansen advancing toward an officer while pointing what appears to be a handgun at her. The suspect is also holding a large kitchen knife. It was later determined the handgun was an airsoft gun.
